What former participants say:
“David is passionate about coaching and his approach to teaching others the art is really refreshing. The models he gave were simple and intuitive and really easy to use when it came to practising. I started the course feeling really nervous about trying to coach other people, but I came away from the course feeling challenged, inspired, and having been given the confidence to have a go myself. The practical and moral support given by PCT away from the classroom while I have been building up my hours of coaching practice has been excellent. My team has learnt skills from the course that are changing the way we work with people with very positive effects. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to coach or even just have better conversations at work.”
