Our coach training courses are for professionals who want to create profound and positive shifts for their clients, colleagues and themselves, including:
HR directors, learning & development directors and other managers:
who want to use coaching as part of their management approach
who are looking to build and expand a coaching business
Self employed individuals:
who want to adopt a coaching approach to their work or develop their own coaching business
who want to use coaching as a staff development tool
We also partner with other training companies who want to offer ILM courses and qualifications to their own clients and trainers.
It is a lengthy and expensive process to set up as an approved ILM centre. If you want to offer accredited ILM programmes but don’t have the resources to become an approved ILM centre, you can partner with us. This can be done on a white label basis or using the Practical Coach Training brand. The courses will run in house.
We also support commercial, public and voluntary sector organisations who want to professionally develop a group of managers.
The value of coaching
Coaching helps a client bridge the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be – much more effectively and quickly than if they worked alone.
By raising awareness with powerful questioning techniques to gain clarity on what the client wants, uncover their own answers and who they are at their core
By enabling the client to create practical, step-by-step action plans to achieve their vision and complete their goals
By creating the space for the client to discuss their challenges and aspirations, in a non-judgmental way
By providing on-going support through any changes or obstacles a client may encounter
By exploring frameworks and strategies to create lasting change and success
“The most vital role of a coach
is to help their clients to unlock their potential:
to maximise performance, to overcome obstacles while building confidence and resilience and to get the results they are striving for.”
